Sharpen Reading Activities

In this activity, Learners are taught the pattern that signals that the letter "c" is representing the /s/ sound, with no need to flex — namely when "c" is part of the patterns ce, ci, or cy. After presenting this pattern to the Learner, we then hide the ce, ci, and cy, and ask the Learner to write down the 3 patterns.
